Arcbound Field / The EVSE Directory (“Service”) provides field-oriented reference content for qualified EVSE and site-equipment technicians. By accessing or subscribing, you agree to these terms.
Accounts & billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. You are responsible for accurate account information and for securing access credentials. Founding pricing is limited as advertised and may end when the founding cap is reached.
License
Subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal or team use of unlocked content. You may not scrape, republish, resell, or reverse-engineer the corpus, or share Solo/Pro credentials beyond seat limits on Team plans.
Content
Entries are authored by Arcbound from field experience and research. They are not OEM manuals. Procedures may become outdated as firmware and hardware change. Always follow lockout/tagout, OEM service literature, and local electrical code.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt unauthorized access to author tools, APIs, or other subscribers’ data. Do not upload unlawful or identifying customer data into request forms.
Termination
We may suspend accounts for abuse or non-payment. You may cancel via the Stripe customer portal; access continues through the paid period unless otherwise stated.
